I think the biggest difference between Chrissy and the other realtor's we have worked with is her consistency and genuine heart for helping her clients. She first sold us our house back in 2018, and I have no doubt that we would not have got that home without her. Period. But over the next few years as we renovated that home she would always stop by or text to check in. If a house in that neighborhood went up for sale she would go by and check it out just so she would have an idea of the value of our home. In 2022 my husband had a super quick turnaround for a new job and we needed to sell this house quickly. Because of her consistency she was already on it, and it was a little under 4 weeks from start to final sale with money in the bank, with an offer above asking price. She works for you, simple as that. She's now a close friend and I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
