Chrissy has put more effort in than I ever thought a realtor would for selling our house in Fort Myers she not only helped us pack up our furniture into our U-Haul but she also helped us paint the walls back to a neutral color and got it to a ready to sell state. She has been such a blessing and has put up with me who likes to be in the know and has kept us in the loop about everything. She truly is a great realtor and puts more into the sale than just getting your property on the market and actually cares for you as well.

Chrissy is SALT OF THE EARTH as a person and a God send as a Realtor. Our family made the move from the east coast of South Florida to the Cape and had almost no luck and had to part ways with 2 realtors before finding Chrissy. While awaiting the arrival of our 3rd boy, Chrissy found and notified us of our dream home and even negotiate a locked in low rate. It was too good of a deal to pass up but things were complicated by my Wife entering her 9th month of pregnancy. Chrissy even drafted her Husband and Daughter into helping us (on their Anniversary!) with multiple things with our inspections, build issues and paperwork which prevented us from having to drive the 2.5 hours to resolve them ourselves. Fast forward to 7 months after close and she is still helping us with questions we have about our current house, local homeowner topics and general knowledge. Chrissy helped me with the sale of my brother's home. She took the initiative to clean up the house, move things out of the garage, and put in staging to help sell the house. It took awhile due to the interest rates, but she persevered and showed it many times to prospective buyers. She was also able to help me understand the paperwork involved in selling a home. Although my buyer didn't need it, she also can help with finding a lender that suits your needs. 100% the best!
