The Timing Was PERFECT!

We have known Chrissie for as long as we owned the house. (26 years). One day we joked about her selling our house and she asked if we were serious. I told her maybe in the next few years. She immediately recognized the time was NOW. She knew the market and what she could do with our house. She had the timing of everything to a science. We were amazed at where she valued our house and even more amazed at the offers that rapidly followed. We posted at the close of business on a Thursday with an open house scheduled for the following Sunday. Before the close of business on Friday we had 11 requests for showings and one offer. We were blown away to say the least. I cannot recommend any other real estate agent!
