When we started our house search, we had no idea of all the actually challenges that lay ahead, but lucky for us we had Chris! Chris provided us with daily updates of homes (some before they hit the market) ; he secured multiple tours for us; he researched property values and even helped us visualize hidden potentials. He was transparent, very accessible, and determined through out our search. It came as a shock to us, when we found out that he had closed on multiple properties while he was working with us, mainly given the level of access we had to him throughout our search. His methodical approach, experience, coupled with his unyielding patience and commitment helped offset some of the disappointments that come with a competitive housing market.
