As a first time home buyer Chris was great tp have as my relator. I got referred to Chris by a friend and I have nothing bad to say. Chris was such a great agent! His actions showed over and over that he was trying to help us get the best price on any house that we bid on, and was not influenced at all by the fact that a better price for us would mean a lower commission for him. We live in the Portland Area and were looking to move to the Roseburg area, whether it was buying a house with property, or simply property. We tried looking for properties ourselves, but it became obvious to us that since it was a 6 hr round trip and we didnt know the area, that we needed someone down there to help us in our search. Chris was wonderful, once we met up and "calibrated" he had a much better understanding of what we were looking for and needed. He would go look at properties prior to our coming down and weeded out the properties that he did not think would meet our needs thus saving us alot of needless trips down there. Chris was diligent and didn't lose focus on marketing and selling our property. The property was a difficult one to market given the prevailing conditions and Chris did a nice job finding the right buyer and then following through to complete out transaction.
