Chris was awesome to work with as first-time homebuyers. We had a ton of questions and he was always quick to respond and explain things in a way that actually made sense. He helped us navigate everything from making an offer to handling inspection stuff and negotiations, and we always felt like he had our best interest in mind. He's flexible, easy to work with, and takes steps to make sure the other vendors involved in preparing the house for sale (septic inspectors, etc.) have a smooth experience.
