Re: Response to Joseph Tirko's review of Chris Wilson / Realtor - Agent / Investors Reality . First and foremost, I can very much relate the frustrations of long distance renting. My children and I are new to the state of Florida and ironically enough are the approved Tennant's of the property in which Mr. Tirko was referring and applied. I can only state and describe my experience with Mr. Wilson and it was very much professional and straight forward, not quite as how Mr. Tirko referred. The rental process of Florida and what's entailed is by far a more intricate one than what I've experienced in NY, so let's begin by mentioning that. But in any event as a long distance renter, I planned far and ahead with Mr. Wilson to oversee the property and negotiate any unforseen details as made sense in any rental or home purchase, especially one afar. Chris Wilson remained on point through every step and encouraged other realty possibilities that may of worked for my family in regards to the long distance move. In fact, Chris Wilson streamlines his communication skills far above those at least in comparison to the other reality companies that I also had dealt with during my relocation. I'm very sorry that Mr. Tirko experienced or reserved somewhat of a difference of opinion. In addition to the thorough approval process , yes there were occasions that us as the long distance renter can feel a little impatient, although you need to be beyond thorough and hit the pavement so to speak, make additional calls, reach out to various listings, call your realtor or agent back..... Mr. Tirko's review or recent experience should by no means reflect the professionalism of Chris Wilson. I would highly recommend Chris Wilson on either end of negotiating a real estate sale/rental in both residential or commercial. Your Courtesies Remain Mr. Dosio and children
