Chris is very personable and has a wonderful "door side manner". Additionally he is very attentive and an excellent "listener". When you're engaged - he's totally "present" - pro-actively listening to what's "not being said" by either party. Being a native of Atlanta - he intuitively "knows" the market and has a special sense of what the buyer is actually "requesting". He definitely functions as your committed - "advocate" - totally on your side and pushing for what's in your best interest. He stays on "top of things" and checks in regularly. I want to take a moment to praise Chris for all his hard work and diligence in selling my home. Being an absentee owner living out of town certainly had its challenges. However, I always felt comfortable throughout the sale process knowing your reliability and dedication to making sure nothing fell between the cracks, your guidance in pricing to bring the parties together in reaching an agreement and lastly, managing the transaction from contract to close.
