Chris Von Lunen

We got connected with Chris von Lunen by submitting a contact request form on the Hart to Hart website. We met him in his office and talked about what we (thought we) were looking for in a home. We looked at many, many homes and not once did Chris make us feel pressured or like we were wasting his time. He approached every house with the same open mindedness, scoping it out inside and out, showing us features about a home we would have never noticed on our own (both good and bad), and asking us questions to make sure he got closer to understanding exactly what we were looking for. Chris’s knowledge of house features and local neighborhoods was invaluable. We always felt fully armed going into a house because we knew Chris would know what to look for and what questions to ask. He always was available when a house would pop up on the market and we wanted to get in quickly. He was patient with us, even though it took nearly 8 months to find “the one”. He was able to negotiate well with the other realtors and we always felt he had our best interest mind. By the end of the process, he felt like family. If I could, I would give Chris 100 stars. He is very nice and friendly. He understands what your wanting to purchase and doesn't waist your time on homes your not interested inn. He answered all our phone calls for any questions we had. He replied to our emails quickly. He also showed us every house in our price budget we wanted to see even if he didn't feel it was ideal for us. He isn't a pushy agent and he is also very understanding. My husband and have used Chris twice. I strongly recommend Chris Lunen to anyone that is looking for an agent. He will do everything possible to help you find your dream home or vacation home!

Chris did a wonderful job with the presentation of my property in the brochure that he made. My house sold quickly and Chris was there every step of the way to explain each process and to offer his professional opinion about each situation that I faced.
