Chris Vietor was recommended by our friend, himself a real estate agent, as someone who has been his mentor in the business. From our first call, we immediately understood why. His patience, persistence, and candor were immeasurably helpful. But what set Chris apart is his ability to build relationships and work hard behind the scenes to make everything seem “easy” for the home buyer. We were able to close the perfect home and can say with full confidence it would not have happened without Chris. He was the first agent to see the home when it went on the market (virtual tour for us from 350 miles away), got us the first in-person appointment before the open house (including lining up an inspector with less than 24 hours notice while we traveled to see the home), gave us the “real estate 101” crashcourse, connected us with an attorney, and helped to negotiate the deal in a way to get our offer accepted in this market. We cannot recommend him more highly as a buyer’s agent. We also got to see Chris in action as the seller’s agent when we stopped by another home he was listing. There was a noticeable difference in professionalism, preparation, and COVID-friendly procedures from other open houses we attended. If we ever need to buy, or sell, again, we’ll be calling Chris.
