Chris Toomey - Exceptional Realtor Working with Chris has been a wonderful experience. He has been great from day one. We called to tell him what we were looking for, what we wanted to spend and some areas where we would consider living. Within hours, we received dozens of listings for us to peruse. We narrowed the listing to a dozen places. Chris made arrangements for us to see most of them in 1 day and the rest on another day. He filled us in on all the details for each condo. We decided on our place and Chris got the ball rolling. He presented our offer and we got it for less than the asking price. He handled all of the paperwork and kept us apprised of each step along the way. His job was not easy as he was dealing with the sellers agent, the Title Company and the Condo Association. Long story short - we were owners of the condo within a few weeks. Chris was with us every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable about the market place and extremely professional. I am very glad that Chris was our realtor and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, caring, courteous real estate agent.
