We called to tell him what we were looking for, what we wanted to spend and some areas where we would consider living. Within hours, we received dozens of listings for us to peruse. We narrowed the listing to a dozen places. Chris made arrangements for us to see most of them in 1 day and the rest on another day. He filled us in on all the details for each condo.
