Great Experience I never considered any other realtor! On a referral, Chis started working with me 3 or 4 years ago and gave me good advice for what to do should I decide to sell my home. He kept in touch with Christmas greetings and news about the San Diego market. When I finally let him know we were ready to sell, he came over promptly, armed with color pictures of comps in our area. My partner and I didn't need much time to be sure we wanted to go forward with Chris. He worked closely with us, being honest about the price he thought we could get, the disclosures we'd need to make, how we could negotiate. He was available by phone and text, and at my door if I needed that. Chris has a genuine generosity and a friendly personality. He always treated us with great respect. I don't think he knows how helpful he is to his clients, a very humble guy! (He even ordered replacement jacuzzi filters and paid for them. I'm waiting for a medication for my dog which is late and he will pick it up and ship it. Thank you Jeeves!) The house sold before even being listed, and working with him, his assistant Jennifer and Ashley at Elite Escrow, made the process painless. I inherited a property with many issues and was forbidden by the HOA association to repair them for a year (due to an elevator repair project). Home fell out of escrow 3 times as we struggled to find a buyer willing to accept the HOA's policies. We finally had success. I felt supported by Chris throughout the sales process and setbacks.
