He was very helpful in getting the best price for my house which actually exceeded my expectations which helps a lot with me and my fiancé’s new house and was also great with the John Deere strike as this effected the mortgage closing originally but he was great at keeping me updated on the progress of the Deere strike! Would highly recommend as he’s been great to me for multiple occasions now!

Chris handled the sale of my mother's home for my two sisters and I. He made recommendations and helped us with some presale things we needed to do in order to get the house ready to put on the market. We were also using a lawyer to handle estate documents, etc. and he helped to keep it all on track even though it got a little sticky toward closing time. Any time I needed to talk to him, he answered his phone immediately and handled any questions we had professionally. He definitely knows this market and I would highly recommend him.
