Chris Terrasi was great in all aspects of our experience in buying a home in Matlacha. We came to the area from California on vacation over Christmas, never planning on buying a second home in Florida. However, we liked the area so much that we found a property that we wanted to look at. Chris showed us not only that one but several others that he thought we might be interested in. He listened to our wish list, and was very patient offering suggestions while never being pushy. Once we found the right property for us, he helped us through the bank-owned property buying process and became our first friend in Matlacha! The only reason why we rated Chris only good on process expertise rather than excellent is that we were his very first client as he was new to being a realtor at that time. Thus, if Chris did not know the answer in working with the bank owner (which can be very complicated), he was always very quick and thorough in securing the answers and all that we needed to make the process smooth for us. He welcomed us to the community and made our first trip to our new home comfortable by lending a few key items while we were getting established.
