I was looking for a rental property and Chris was helping me out. Low inventory and high rents made it difficult to say the least. Chris suggested trying to buy the house I was renting. I was able to get the house for appraised value before it went on the market. I didn't have to move! I am sure there would have been multiple offers for more than I paid once it listed. There is no way I would have pulled it off without Chris and his team. I could not be more grateful to Chris for all of his expertise and hard work.
