Chris and Chris were there for us when we needed them most! Chris and Chris helped us buy and sell a property, and the process was great. They answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) and clearly had our best interest in mind throughout the whole process. Not only were they amazing during the the buying and selling, but we were closing during the government mandated stay at home order and they were there for us (virtually) every step of the way. Their experience and industry knowledge was so clear and helpful, and they were able to introduce us to great service providers for our mortgage and legal/closing needs. We can’t recommend them enough!

What a relief to work with Chris Stockwell for our Evanston home purchase! An initial broker had seemed extremely disinterested in helping us given our price range, and knowing that Chris was a really successful agent I was a little worried about “wasting her time” – but she couldn’t have been more attentive, helpful, and non-judging. She didn’t try to upsell us and we found a new home within our parameters almost immediately! Chris negotiated a good deal and was super helpful with practical details around getting to the closing with maximum calm and confidence, and we love our place. Highly recommend.
