Chris did an excellent job helping us sell our mother-in-laws town house. He made solid recommendations on pricing, repairs etc. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. And, he was willing to make the time to meet with inspectors etc. and let them in. We ended up having multiple offers in 3 days and accepted the best offer in that time.
