She seems to know construction details, Sun City Center/ Kings Point like the back of her hand, is not pushy, did not make me feel like I was being rushed, and showed me many condos and houses with repeat visits if needed. AFTER THE SALE how many real estate agents are willing to loan you THEIR PERSONAL STUFF (air mattress, sheets, chairs, soap etc. and even tools if needed??? AFTER THE SALE how many real estates agents are willing to go shopping for furniture with you??? Christine will!!! I find Christine is a very caring and extroverted person.

Chris was awesome, she got me all the info we needed to make a good decision. Hard to do long distance if you don't have a good agent.
