Chris Spooner lives in SCC, very familiar with the community, neighborhoods, and varying HOA requirements. She relocated to SCC for her mother's health... similar to my own needs to be away from the severe winters in NY State. She also had to grasp my sincerity about desiring a home in SCC, yet understand my severe financial limitations. She was very patient about that. The online portal really let me find my own condo, without Chris that still wouldn't be possible. Chris is a great sales agent. She is even able to be a bit pushy without any scolding, or being intimidating, or condescending to get the paperwork and all completed urgently. She has a really great balance of talent in all these categories. She's very kind. Thank you for providing me with a great salesperson like Chris, who patiently showed me 7 different properties in one day when I was visiting from NY State. It allowed me to see the nuances of all the various smaller less expensive condos. She even bought lunch! Christine Spooner knows her stuff. She seems to know construction details, Sun City Center/ Kings Point like the back of her hand, is not pushy, did not make me feel like I was being rushed, and showed me many condos and houses with repeat visits if needed. AFTER THE SALE how many real estate agents are willing to loan you THEIR PERSONAL STUFF (air mattress, sheets, chairs, soap etc. and even tools if needed??? AFTER THE SALE how many real estates agents are willing to go shopping for furniture with you??? Christine will!!! I find Christine is a very caring and extroverted person.

Chris was awesome, she got me all the info we needed to make a good decision. Hard to do long distance if you don't have a good agent. She answered questions, returned calls and emails, and kept us informed. Coordinated handy people so I had people lined up to do the painting and stuff we needed to do before moving in.
