Chris Smith, is truly a a real estate professional who goes above and beyond the call of duty. Berkshire-Hathaway should be happy they have him. When I changed mortgage company to Veterans First in Salt Lake City and the loan officer said you and Chris go house hunting and I won't get involved until you send me a signed contract, I liked that and I felt that is the way it is suppose to be and that's exactly what we did. Had an offer in a few days and the loan office started the process and about 1 month later we closed. During this time before closing Chris did everything I would normally do if I were there instead of trying to purchase from Europe. Chris never hesitated to do anything I asked. In most cases before I could ask he had everything arranged, it was like he could read my mind or I just had a true professional working with me. He even arranged for my yard service and gutter cleaning and servicing of my AC unit. The fact that he was always one step ahead of me was very impressive. We both agreed that the house does need a few things done but because of my age I needed a handy man and he provided a handy man. There was nothing that I could think of that he hadn't already thought about, Chris is truly a real estate professional, calm laid back approach to everything is what I needed to keep me on the straight and narrow. Look at it this way, either I am completely crazy or Chris convinced me that he was the guy I should hire to buy my house for me since I live in Europe and he lives in GA. After a one 1 hour conversation with him he Chris convinced me he the guy I should select to help me purchase a home sight unseen (except photo's). Going with Chris Smith was the best decision I ever made.
