Working with Chris was the best decision I made in the sale of my home. He put an incredible amount of effort into the market evaluation and advised me on last-minute renovations before we put the home on the market. Thanks to his promotion, we had an offer within 1 day (!!) over asking price that made all parties involved (especially me) very happy. Thank you so much, Chris!!!!
