Chris worked diligently to secure a buyer for our investment property. Was very detailed through each step in the sale process. He exhibited excellent knowledge of the market place and is well connect with finance providers and any RE service(s) needed. In our case he went beyond what most agents can do/will do, as the buyers agent fell off and was unable to complete the buy on the buyers behalf. Chris stepped in to help guide the buyers in the purchase with a finance package which was better than what they habe been previously offered by ther original agent.
