As first time homebuyers and bring new to the area we were very new to the process of buying a home. Having Chris there to guide us through the process was a relief and made everything so easy. He was extremely proactive and really made sure we were prepared and understood the process. Not only did he go above and beyond the regular call of duty, but most importantly we could trust him and ythat he was looking out for our best interests. We only closed a few days ago and I have already referred him to several people.

The experience of finding a new home in a new location can be a very daunting experience; especially at the age of 80. Finding just the right person to help you can be even more daunting. I was blessed to find Chris, who is a neighbor of my daughter, and just the perfect person to get the job done. He was patient and helpful in every way; going beyond expectations. We looked at 15 or 16 homes; made a couple of offers that did not pan out. However we did not get discouraged. Sure enough the next house we went to look at was the very one for me and we both felt so when we walked inside. Bingo! It had been on the market one day and I made an offer immediately.

I don't even know where to begin. When I thought about writing this review, I didn't feel it would be accurate as this site only allows for 5 stars. I would easily give Chris 100 stars if not more. This was my fiance's and my first time to buy a house and Chris made it absolutely easy. From the introductory phase all the way to closing, Chris was right there by our side. He is the nicest, most professional agent I have EVER worked with. If you are looking to buy/sell your home, I highly highly suggest you give Chris a call.

My wife has sold one house prior to this. We have also helped neighbors with selling their house and made a referral. This was my first opportunity to sell a house. We chose Chris who was at one time our Sunday School instructor and we learned much. From the beginning of this experience we both felt as if we were receiving "the red carpet treatment." It couldn't have been better and no detail was overlooked. His kindness and consideration was "much" appreciated. If we were permitted, we would give him a score of 100!!

We moved from out of state and were referred to Chris by family members who know him well. It took us a while to find the right house, but we had fun looking—both at the good ones and the duds. One day Chris contacted me with some information about a house that was not yet on the market, we saw the house and immediately made an offer before anyone else. We got the house and love it! Chris was helpful from beginning to end—and now he’s a friend. I will be happy to recommend Chris to friends and family in the future.

YES by all means, get with Chris for any and all of your real estate needs. My wife and I have know Chris and his wife for years. He is one of the most honest people that we have met . He was of great help in working with our daughter and son-in-law as they searched for and found their home in this area after moving back to Texas. Due to many changing factors their search was on and off for approx. 3 months. Chris was with them all the way and kept them informed at every step . We will recommend Chris to everyone we meet that has any real estate questions.
