In a very difficult market Chris helped us sell my mom's Heather Gardens apt. He knows the market and the reality of selling in a very tough market. He always kept us informed of potential buyers. Chris was tremendous throughout the entire selling and buying experience. He was patient and provided much appreciated advice when things went a bit sideways for us during our journey.
