My wife and I were looking to relocate from the West Coast to the Chicago area and a co-worker of mine had recommended I give Chris Rosenberg a call to see if he could help us. Even though our move wouldn't be for another year, I explained to Chris what my wife and I were looking for and Chris immediately went to work and set us up to received MLS listings. From that initial call to the day we closed, Chris was with us all the way. He was patient and went out of his way to accommodate us and put my entire family at ease and had driven my wife, son and I on three different occasions and spent day after day showing us the homes and different areas and explained in great detail what to look for in a home, property and the different communities we were looking. Chris was very knowledgeable on housing construction, taking care of your property and was so easy to work with and never once made us feel that we had made a mistake. He even gave us advice on selling our old house as we could not trust the realtor we used to sell our previous home. He didn't rush us through any of the homes we looked and didn't try to up sell us on a more expensive house. I couldn't have made the move across the country without him and was a true professional. I feel that I not only bought a house with a great realtor but made a friend.
