Chris Robinson

I was getting very frustrated with my move and relocation to Central Florida and had worked with several realtors most of them were little more than key holders to open doors to properties that I had found online. That was until I found Chris Robinson, from the first contact i had with Chris i was impressed and despite my long list of criteria it was apparent from our interactions that no matter how many homes we looked at chris was interested in getting me and my family into the right home for us and not just into a house. Chris did the leg work finding properties, visiting them before i took time off work to see them and wasted my time truley a realtor that was working for his customer. Chris is very responsive and communicates just was well on the phone as he does via email and even txt messages at time. I look forward to the next realestate transaction i will make in Central Florida because i know i will only have to make one call.

Chris was a life saver! With his knowledge of the short-sale process, we were able to work the banks to reach an agreement which not only satisfied the first mortgage but the second one as well with very little out of pocket funds. While the process could have been very painful, Chris was able to provide an exceptional level of service by being the primary contact for all of the parties involved (i.e., first mortgage bank, second mortgage bank, buyer's agent). The traits I believe was most important in the whole entire process were Chris's ability to understand the process, explain it to me in a way which I would understand and anticipate everyone's next move. Chris not only saved me time in the process but saved me thousands of dollars in the process!
