Chris is the absolute best! I knew nothing about buying a home and was intimidated by the process, but Chris made it as easy as possible. He always promptly answered the millions of questions we had and showed nothing but patience and enthusiasm. Seriously, I don't think I would've made it through the process without him. If you're in the market to buy or sell your home, this is your guy! He even rescued a dog on the way to our inspection ( can't make these things up). Chris is not only a first class realtor, he's a phenomenal human being.

My husband and I relocated from Texas to Tennessee in July. Chris joined our journey before we even decided we were moving. He took the time to show us houses before knowing we were 100% in the market. Once we decided to make the move he continued showing us homes while we were in Texas via FaceTime. Chris went above and beyond. About 5 minutes before any FaceTime call he did to show us a house, he would send over a video of the neighborhood or the view of the drive in. When potentially buying a house without actually seeing it, this kind of service is unmatched! We were so thankful he was willing to give us the full picture of what we were buying! I remember asking him for advice on our home we were selling back in Texas and him giving it with no issues. He is very knowledgeable about both buying and selling, and we will be using him to sell our home when that time comes! Overall just a great guy! It takes a certain level of experience and expertise to maintain professionalism and also make you feel like you’re family. If you’re looking for the best realtor, Chris is your guy!

Chris assisted us finding our first home! On our journey of looking at homes, Chris quickly learned what we looking for and what little quirks we were willing to deal with and what we were not.
