I would highly recommend Chris Raborn if you are looking to buy or sell a house. She was recommended to me by a friend when I was ready to buy my first house in 2004 and I worked with her again to sell that house in 2018. Buying a house in 2004 was a bit challenging as a lot of the prices were inflated and buyers were offering more than asking price but with Chris' extensive knowledge and perseverence, she found a house that was listed less than market value and still managed to negotiate more from the buyers on my behalf! When it came to selling the house, she again went above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible. The commute to the house from where I'm currently living was a bit arduous during the week and she took it upon herself to coordinate contractors or anyone else needing to come in to do small repairs; even meeting them at the house to oversee things if necessary. She even hung new door tracks so that it was done in time while I was away for Thanksgiving!! I obviously will work with Chris again when I buy my next house. Her honesty, knowledge, and responsiveness are second to none!!
