She went above and beyond to help the buyers from out of state, helped market our house appropriately to them, and took care of all the details in between. When we had a goal to have our house on the market by June 1, she highly recommended going as quickly as possible. We pulled all helpers and had it listed by May 5, and it was closed by May 31. She was concerned with the market turning and knew first hand experience things about the market that influenced our ability to sell our house at full asking price.
