We listed our home with Chris and had a wonderful experience. Chris thoroughly understood the market and put together a comprehensive plan before the launch. Once our home went live, we had multiple offers quickly. Chris negotiated very professionally and the transaction went smoothly through closing. Chris was always accessible and communicated promptly. Chris did an excellent job for us!

From start to finish Chris was consistently professional, knowledgeable, and timely with all communication. We were under contract the first weekend we listed. While the first offer fell through due to financing complications, Chris had us back under contract in less than 24 hours with an even higher offer than the first! Selling your home can be emotional, as well as the financial considerations of such a large asset. Chris helped to maneuver both aspects with professionalism throughout the process. We would highly recommend her!

My entire experience buying my first home with Chris Price was just great. Very organized, knowledgeable, communicative and open to my needs. Went above and beyond to find just what I was looking for and also helped me throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!!
