He explained to us every thing we had to know about buying a new home in Florida, since we had moved here from New York. Before we decided to buy the condo, he arranged for us an "open house" in order to see exactly what are we paying for. Also he helped us with the Title company and all closing arrangements. In other words, very helpful and professional. Since then we keep in touch. He is our New Friend in Florida.
