Chris has been amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable and an excellent negotiator. After doing a market analysis of our home, she priced it fairly, which attracted many potential buyers, with multiple offers. Within a month our house was under contract at above listing price! Chris utilized multiple modes to advertise our home, including targeted emails and even though we had a lock-box on our home, Chris made it a point to attend each showing and provide us with relevant feedback. Chris did not stop once our house was under contract, she stayed in constant communication and watched out for our best interest all the way thru closing. In all, we cannot recommend Chris highly enough.
