We don’t normally do reviews so Chris is definitely the exception. We sought out Chris because we believed he was the most qualified to get our home sold. What we found out about Chris after our first meeting is that he is very professional at what he does. His knowledge of the marketplace is exceptional. My house at Sun Lakes was sold very quickly by Murray and his staff. In particular a water problem which to me seemed unsurpassable was handled by one of his partners at record speed, professionally and with a good outcome for which I am so very grateful. Was a lengthy and difficult process selling my house with nightmare tenants, solar lien setbacks, and my own ambivalence about selling. Chris hung in there with me throughout the entire tumultuous process and it paid off big time! Chris and Andrea are great at what they do and I’d turn to them again in a heartbeat for real estate assistance. These guys really took care of my house and my needs! Thankful I found them!

Of three agents we interviewed, we chose Chris for a few reasons. I liked that he focuses only on selling versus others who represent both sellers and buyers (we were not looking for a replacement property to buy). Chris was the only one who recommended we place our home on the market sooner than later. This was good advice as we continue to see home prices on the decline. I also had a good feeling that he and his team would provide good support. We were looking for someone who would be responsive with quick responses to our questions and concerns. Pros during the process: Chris was extremely responsive via texting, even on weekends and at night. Considering the quickly changing market softness, minimal interests from prospective buyers, and our desire to sell fast, Chris proactively advised to reduce the sales price. Could we have sold for a higher price? Maybe. But in the end, we sold after 16 days on the market. We were very relieved! Cons: after the first face to face interview, we never saw Chris face to face again. I would have preferred more personal interface during the very stressful process. When we called the office to speak to Chris, most times than not there was a buffer person screening calls asking redundant questions. While this may have been an efficient process for Chris, it was a waste of our time. The escrow company used was located in Corona. We would have preferred to deal with a local escrow company, where we could have met face to face to review and sign documents and to pick up our check. We were not asked or given an option on the escrow company used.

I was with another agent and the house was just sitting for almost 45 days and we really needed to sell quickly as my husband had already got a transfer out of state. After canceling the other agent I found Chris through a coworker. Chris came to my house with all the comps from the area. He was so well prepared and knowledgeable about the area and told us exactly what he was going to do to help get us moving and on our way. He was there every step on the way to answer all our questions. Everything went according to plan and now we are on our way to our new adventure.
