Chris has sold a few homes for us in the past. We luckily found him after a couple different agents did not work very hard to sell our home. It was a less expensive home. Chris treated us like his only client and sold the home for more than the other agents were asking. He is personable, does his homework on comparable homes that have been sold, and keeps in contact with you. In my opinion, he goes over and above what a realtor has to do to make a "sale". Chris is finding you your next home. He will do that also. He has done both for us, and we have been happy on all accounts.
