Chris is a great realtor. He was able to answer all our questions or if he didn't know, he quickly found the answer. We were looking for an older house, and he was knowledgeable about things to be aware of in our search. Chris is very personable and we would use him again.

Prior to Chris I had been working with a different realtor for about 8 months. I was very clear on what I was looking for ( 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and 2k+ sqft, and that I planned on having 4/5 children so I needed space) and that this was my first time purchasing a home so this was very new process for me. There were a few houses I had Bidded on it didn’t work out and the process just felt like my realtor wasn’t listening to me ( far as what exactly I was looking for) and just showing me any house to get me to buy. All the houses that were prevented to me by the realtor didnt fit any of my “wants” I was looking for, the process of having a loan and there being a time limit on how long the loan was good for were not explained to me at all. It was all a process I had to learn by trial and error on my own. It got a point where I just kind of gave up on my journey of purchasing a home. I came in contact with Chris from a prior client of his referring him to me and I was skeptical just because of my prior experience. When I meet Chris he asked me what exactly was I looking for and went on to explain the whole “home buying” process in which I was already aware of the from my last experience. I began this journey with Chris in January, by February we had found a house I liked, put a bid in and closed in March. I felt like he really listened to my wants and had a genuine passion for what he did and wasn’t just trying to get me into a home, complete a sell and move on to the next. It was a very long/stressful journey for me but in the end I am glade it happened the way it did and was able to meet Chris and complete this process with him. I have had a few friends of mine express interest in buying a home and told them if this is something they were wanting to do I would advise them to get in touch with person (Chris) I used. The home I purchased exceeded my wants ( 5 bedroom and 2k+ sqft) and was something that I didn’t think was possible for myself.
Chris was very on top of everything and we went through the entire process with hardly any bumps in the road, everything went very smoothly. He was able to help me out with any questions I had and was very knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better person to represent us in the whole process!
