I highly recommend Chris as a real estate agent to everyone looking to purchase their home. He and his team were able to work through a really difficult transaction for us and get us to the finish line. This house was on short sale and properties as such bring an extra 2 or 3 degrees of complexity in comparison with a regular home purchase. We did have many ups and downs throughout and at one point, we didn’t even know if we were going to be able to close at all. We’re still in shock it happened but at the same time we are so thankful, it’s finally done and over with. We give Chris and his team 100 stars for persevering and working their magic to get us to the closing table!
