Strong Work!!!

I was so appreciative of the work that Chris did in helping my family with our relocation efforts. We wanted to move to our dream retirement home and to do so we needed to sell our existing home. He did a great job of selling it in very short order and securing a good price at the same time. ALL of this was accomplished in the teeth of a very tough market... As many appreciate - 2024 represented one of the more difficult housing markets in quite some time (see WSJ Article - January 24th, 2025: U.S. Home Sales in 2024 Dipped to Lowest Level in Nearly 30 Years). Nonetheless our home sold quickly and the interactions with Chris while doing so could uniformly be characterized as attentive, kind, knowledgeable, efficient and quite detail oriented (especially with respect to those issues that mattered most to us). It might be worth noting also that we were in our home since we were married, lived there for more than 30 years, raised our children there and, thus, we never sold a property before. Accordingly we were anxious about much of this (logistics, financials, and, quite frankly, emotionally as well) but Chris was so helpful and assuaged our concerns one after another as they arose. Can't say enough - so I'll stop here. But before signing off - I must say that I can unequivocally recommend working with Chris without ANY hesitation.
