Chris is fantastic. Helpful during the showing process, but I found his experience and insight most valuable during the offer/negotiation process. He was able to work with us to present a clean offer and we won a multiple offer situation without having to overpay due to his reputation in the area and some creativity to make our offer more attractive despite asking for seller credits and using a non-conventional loan.
Chris really put in the extra work, and was well prepared in his knowledge of the home he was selling. He's honest and very professional. I would recommend any and all to him wirthout hesitation and trust he would do a great job.
