Chris gave me confidence in being able to complete both the sale of our house and the purchase of a new home. He understands the market, helped us set a good sale price, tracked all parts of the transaction and provided as timely feedback as he could obtain. (Our buyers had some lender delays that cause us anxiety with poor communication, during which Chris was assertive to our buyers' agent and patient with us.) He helped us execute on our home purchase offer and execution on that, and it went without a hitch. Chris was very mindful of the concerns related to COVID-19 restrictions on our interactions and with others.
