Chris helped the reviewer sell this property

Chris led with a wise hand.

Chris, calmed the anxiety of listing my home in a somewhat quiet market. He listened to my needs and worked to achieve a successful outcome in a short period. He was always available, and responded quickly to my questions. He negotiated successfully with the buyer’s agent, including a short term rent back for me after escrow closed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chris as my agent in the future. Chris brings a calm, friendly, yet professional approach as a realtor.
