Chris was such a fantastic help on the journey of buying a house. It was my first time ever looking into the idea and I had no idea where to start. He was able to provide multiple recommendations a mortgage company and getting pre-approved. Once we had a price range figured out he was extremely diligent and detailed asking about everything I was looking for in a home. From looking at and sending me listings on his own for places he thought would be a great fit — to working around my crazy schedule finding time for us to go on walkthroughs. He was very communicative and proactive!! Once we entered the phase of making offers he was great at communicating the whole process and with negotiating to make sure I could get the best absolute deal possible! All through closing I can say the exact same. The timeline was an absolute mess because of a roof replacement that was taking place on my home before closing and due to the crazy storms and weather delays were inevitable — Chris was always on top of them pushing for information and making sure to provide me with crystal clear updates on everything going on.
