Chris has a deep and thorough understanding of the markets she serves and did a great job of understanding our needs and finding a house for us. We are picky and she worked so hard for us to find the right home. She was continuosly following up with us on every part of the search and once we were under contract helped walk us through to close. She is great to work with becuase she is a great listener, asks the right questions at the right time and communicates back clearly and concisley the plan of action. She is a great negotioator and scored a huge concession and a great price from the buyer of the home we purchased. She is smart and emapthetic and knows how to make things happen. She mitigated risks and any exposure through all phases of the transaction. In additon to finding and helping us buy this home she helped us move to GA, by finding and negotiationg 2 rental leases for us so we could land here comfortably and then work with her to buy our house. She was pivitoal in helping us move from out of state to GA this fall and winter. Our family is very grateful to Chris for all she did for us! She is an amazing person and real estate agent.
