There are not enough words to describe how absolutely amazing It was to work with Chris!! My husband and I were first time ever home buyers. We tried to purchase a home a couple years ago and the whole process/ craziness of the housing boom made us a little leery. Then Chris came along and changed ALL of that!! She was always available and answered all of our questions and walked us through the processes and what to expect next! You can tell she takes extreme pride in what she does by the way she almost “glides” through the whole process! She made our whole experience stress free, which is something we totally did not expect at all in buying a house! She got us from offer to close in less than 30 days! She was aggressive enough to get our offer accepted and in dealing with other parties but kind and patient when walking timid (older) first timers like us through the process. I would, without ANY hesitation, recommend Chris to anyone purchasing or selling a home! She pays attention to details that we didn’t even know to think about! The biggest purchase of our lives seemed like a walk in the park on a beautiful sunny day! We could never thank her enough but we can send everyone we know to her from here on out!
