Chris is actually the realtor who helped us find this home in the first place. He did such a great job that time that when it came time to sell it we went right back to Chris!! All I can say is that Chris is an excellent realtor!! We had already decided to sell when the current renter gave us notice, but when he did the timing could not have been worse! We were just a week away from a month long trip that we had planned. Well, I got on the phone, told Chris we wanted to sell the house, explained to Chris that we were going out of town and had no way to prepare the house which needed new paint and carpeting. Long story short, while we were enjoying our trip Chris took care of everything as if it were his own house he was selling! We never had one moment of worry and within a week of leaving Chris had our house ready and on the market, WOW! The house sold very quickly and we could not be happier about how it all worked out! Thanks Chris, we will recommend you to anyone we know who needs a realtor!!
