I had a tiny little budget and it was a crazy seller's market so showings had to be quick and Chris would arrange for me to see listings the day they went on the market if I wanted to. He was always quick to respond, text and email friendly and always positive. I almost gave up until he suggested we revisit the condo I ended up buying. After the inspection he made suggestions that were in my best interest (not just trying to push through the sale) and he also dealt with an appraisal delay so I didn't have to. He was on top of all of the details of the process, checking in when needed to keep things moving.
