Chris Lamee and the team were absolutely OUTSTANDING....in all respects! Knowing our interest, Chris lined up a "viewing" before even contacting us...and that turned out to be a GREAT CALL!! Then, when we wanted to write an "immediate offer" to stop the momentum of other parties, and found we had a complicated title, Chris engaged a top attorney for us, and we were able to resolve ALL questions in 5 hours. From "first call" to viewing was 30 hours, from viewing to offer presented was 18 hours, and 6 hours later it was accepted.....and we closed in 8 days!! Chris was fantastic to work with. I was moving from MN to CO on a relocation. Even before we moved here, he took 2 days out of his schedule to show us a bunch of houses. We needed to wait to sell our MN house, and he was still helpful, and checked in often. The CO market is extremely tough, and he helped us weather a number of challenging situations, and in the end, we came out ahead in a great home.
