Let me start this by saying that I never write reviews. I always intend to, especially when it's bad, but I never get around to it. When it comes to realtors, I have had mostly bad luck. I am active duty military and move every 3-4 years and rent every where I have lived. I had a realtor in Florida tell me that I was being difficult because I wanted a home in a nice neighborhood with good schools that would take my dogs; she also tried to make me feel dumb by asking me if I understood her every 10 minutes. After her I was very skeptical about realtors and on my next move to the DC area, I started looking for a place to live on my own. I happened upon Chris because when you're looking for a home to rent it's virtually impossible to avoid a realtor, he showed me a house. It didn't work out, but he offered to help me find something. Not only was he extremely helpful, but it was evident that he cared about me and my family. We found a place that I love in a neighborhood that my family adores. He was extremely knowledgeable on the area and was responsive to my every need...even when I didn't realize I needed help! The previous renters left the house a little dirty and he was on top of it! If we decide to stay in the area, I will definitely reach out to Chris to buy a home and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or rent. It's the little touches that set him above the rest...thanks Chris!!
