In an insanely competitive market, he made us aware of well-curated listings within hours, and had us in to see the properties (virtually) the same day. Chris helped us find our "diamond in the rough" house, which is exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a house with good bones but that needed cosmetic updates so that we could put our own stamp on it. We wanted a house in our current area with a large lot, and he was open to our vision and helped us find the perfect house for us. Ultimately, when we thought we found a good home, he suggested one last one to check out last minute and it was more than a good home - it was our dream home! He absolutely nailed it on the head with meeting all of our "must haves" and nearly all of our "wants" in one home!
