Chris is THE man. I honestly could not have asked for a better realtor to help my buy my first house. He'll shoot you straight. He's not just looking to make a sale - he's looking to make you happy. If there's a house that appears to be great on the listing, he'll let you know right away if the listing is actually just putting lipstick on a pig. Anytime he walks through a house with you, he'll do his own quick, surface-level inspection, and tell you anything even remotely questionable he sees about the house. Chris doesn't want to let you settle for "good enough," he wants the BEST for you. I've moved almost 50mi from my parents home, into an area I'm not the most familiar with (to be much closer to work), and Chris's knowledge of the cities and towns close to where I wanted to live, was unmatched. He knew which areas would be best for me. When it came time to put an offer in on the house, he let me know every step of the way, everything that needed done. This was especially helpful, being it was my first time buying a house. And when the stresses that came with buying a home started kicking in, Chris always managed to text back and talk things out, even if it was midnight on a Wednesday. He truly never stops working. Chris helped make me the best decisions, every step of the way, all the way up until closing. He's super knowledgeable about everything and anything he needs to be, and if something comes up that he might not know, he'll do his research and come back to you with his findings.
