There were a few problems with the house and the sale but Chris came up with good ideas and ways to get it done. Several buyers got nervous or didn't have the financing to pull it off, so it was necessary to go to a plan B and then even a plan C, which was to make significant FHA required improvements, then go back on the market at enough of an increase to cover the added expense. In the end the house was sold at a price that delivered proceeds that were well within the range I required. Thank you Chris Johnston!
